Advanced Radiology Services, One of the Nation’s Largest Private Practices, Expands Rad AI to Entire Practice

Expanded partnership focuses on maximizing benefits to patient care and reducing radiologist fatigue

Grand Rapids, MI (August 16, 2022) – West Michigan based Advanced Radiology Services, announced it is expanding its partnership with Rad AI, the nation’s fastest growing radiologist-led AI company. This expanded relationship builds on Advanced Radiology Services commitment to state of the art technology and places their organization at the leading edge of the profession as radiologists will be able to create reports more efficiently and accurately, while decreasing burnout.

“We have a history in our practice of being at the forefront of leveraging technology to improve patient care and the service we provide to the hospitals and communities we serve. As radiology practices consider adopting artificial intelligence, Rad AI Omni is a great first choice to make,” said Dr. Andrew Moriarity, Vice President of Clinical Operations. “As with many other practices, the improvements in efficiency, quality, and reduced fatigue led us to want to make this available to all of our radiologists.”

Rad AI automatically generates a customized impression from the findings and clinical indication dictated by the radiologist, using the most advanced neural networks. It learns each radiologist’s language preferences from prior reports to create an impression that the radiologist can simply review and finalize.

In addition, Rad AI improves report accuracy and consistency by making sure to include significant incidental findings, answering the main clinical question, and providing the latest consensus guideline recommendations for follow-up. The impression appears in the practice's voice recognition software as soon as the radiologist finishes dictating the findings, without any clicks, hotkeys or new windows.

“Advanced Radiology Services (ARS) is one of the most innovative radiology practices in the country, and this expansion further demonstrates their commitment to patient care, their radiologists, and the communities they serve,” said Josh Duncan, Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. “We are excited to expand our partnership with ARS and provide Rad AI Omni to all of their radiologists. The expansions we’re seeing across the country at some of the nation’s largest private practices are a testament to the incredibly positive impact Rad AI Omni is having with our partners.”
